If you're sitting in class right now hating your life, wishing you were anywhere else I get it. Ive been there.
Middle school for me was fucking ass. I was the shy quiet kid with severe social anxiety who literally never talked to anyone. I got made fun of I hated my looks I hated school and I honestly hated my life. Every single day felt like a punishment just walking through those doors. Girls Hated me
Im a sophomore now and looking back that version of me is completely dead. I actually changed things for myself. If you are re stuck in that exact same rut right now, listen up, because nobody is going to hand you a better high school experience. You have to build it yourself.
Here is the brutal truth on how to fix it:
1. Stop hiding in the background
When you're anxious and insecure your reaction is to make yourself as small as possible. Head down hood up staring at your phone avoiding eye contact. All that does is make you an easy target and keep you isolated. You have to force yourself to take up space. Look people in the eye. Nod at people in the halls. You don't have to be the loudest guy in the room but you have to stop acting like you don't exist.
2. Fix your outer game
Lets be realistic looksmaxxing and taking care of yourself isn't about vanity it's about self-respect. When I looked like trash and didn't care about my hygiene or style, I felt like trash. Once I started locking in and cleaning up my skin getting a haircut that actually fit my face fixing my posture, and wearing clothes that fit me everything shifted. People treat you differently when you carry yourself like you give a fuck about yourself.
3. Stop caring what people think (I mean this shit for real)
The fear of being judged is what keeps you trapped. You're paralyzed because you think everyone is staring and laughing. News flash: everyone is too wrapped up in their own insecure bullshit to care about what you're doing. The moment you stop giving a fuck about the opinions of these bitches who wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire you become better
4. Build a routine
School sucks even more when you're disorganized running on three hours of sleep and failing classes. Get your sleep right stop eating absolute garbage and get to the gym or start working out. When your body and mind are taken well care of dealing with the daily grind of school gets ten times easier I mean it.
I hope this helps some of you out there
Lock in.
