If you start out at HTN, then fine, maybe you can get to Chadlite/Chad with surgeries, but that's if you're lucky. A lot of people get botched too. Of course, a prerequisite to do any sort of substantive hardmaxx is that you'll need a lot of money. So if you're not born into a wealthy family you're gonna have to work and have the discipline to save up money until you can take a loan. It's easily in the 5 figures.

Yeah I'm not gonna tell that it's impossible because it's not. Again, you're still gonna need to come up with the money and accept the risk.
