ND holds back your ability to compensate like jestermaxxing, statusmaxxing, etc

Sub5 holds back your ability to be seen as normal in any way, you give a horrific first impression with your face and it just goes downhill from there as they realize you're ND too

Combine the 2 and you're traumatized from society's abused dog treatment, the 2 solidify each other

And due to your horrible life experiences and negative reinforcement against anything you do, you feel no motivation to improve or ascend, instead you're stuck looking at life in the past with regrets instead of living in the present, you're in high inhib hell

If you're ND, sub5, and male, what you have can hardly be called a life

It's just a middle finger to you and a cruel joke of misfortune

They have a synergy too, if you're only ND or only sub5 it will hold back your life a lot, but if you're both it will usually completely ruin your life
