Really, being lean and having decent to very good muscle mass will ascend you at least two points, unless you’re an LTN-subhuman midget, muscles can look fine-weird on you, so don’t become a gymcel and take building muscles as your main priority.

Yeah I agree, if you I wanna take it a step forward you can always do a cycle of test lets say and do a mini bulk, then cut it all the way down after a few weeks and looks awesome.

i track every single macro and micro nutrient to the milligrams

i lift 6x or even 7x a week

it's euphoric, love gymcelling

That’s crazy tbh, I don’t even train more than 3 times a week most of the times, you don’t need to train for 7 times a week it’s just not effective unless you’re on roids
