far grafts: easy to get its like 1-2k euros.
rhinos: easy to get but you wont be able to larp it for asthma do you know why you have asthma? Its not cause of small airways small airways is restricted breathing(the most you will get covered by insurance is a septoplasty or soming not a rhino)
