Whiteness is an abstract concept
It has little to do with race since the term whitewashed ethnic exists which means an ethnic that in reality is considered white due to being part of the social elite
The only dominant culture worldwide is the British that spread their language through Americanization and the US owning all big Internet companies and making English the glow language.
