The only way to get stronger is exposure. Alot of value comes from our brain, hence we are an animal of intelligence, so the only way to ascend is to still try and learn. But I don't know what "nomies" you are talking about. If it is 15 years old kids, then maybe, but kids are not fully developed humans yet. We are essentially big walking cones of brains walking around with legs and arms. Look at the size of our head, its gigantic. So we can definitely improve our social standing through our braincells.
