It's expensive, it never really changes much unless you are in a select group of people that would benefit, risk of messing up, brutal recovery, result looking unnatural most of the time. Unless you know exactly what would make a significant safe change or you need it for fuctionality, it's not worth it.

Also morally I'm against it. You will never become very good looking if you lack the phenotype base, but it still can fraud some features. As an example, imagine someone with a long nose with a big bump. It personally would annoy me if the person would have changed his nose, hiding his sub-optimal genetics and trying to imitate superior features. As a man, the most annoying part is if it's a dating aged woman getting these procedures. Nowadays you can't tell at first glance whether she would be wife material for optimal reproduction. Botox, lifts, rhinoplasties... all this crap has only one purpose and is improving superficially one's appearance, which in other words is portraying something that you aren't, be it health indicators or genetic qualities. So I'm a big advocator to put restrictions on makeup and plastic surgery. It would make a lot of things better. People who use them will whine but it's the rational choice.

Roids and peptides might be legit but only if you know what you are doing and playing it moderately and safe.
