Then you need to get into the literal most competitive specialty in a field where the avg IQ is 130 and half of your competitors are curries and asians whose only hope of getting a girl on their dick is studymaxxing so they're grinding 12 hours a day.

And, if you manage that, when you're done it's been 13 years since you started at uni. 13 fucking years!

It'd be easier to become a millionaire in any other field, if you had what it takes to become a plastic surgeon you would be able to earn more in most other fields.

Maybe from the 50s-00s yes, but we live in a new era where information and resources are so much easier to attain. Literally effort is the only thing you need nowadays to make something of yourself.
