Let’s say you were below average, you worked on yourself physically you leaned out and you improved your appearance and you became above average to like htn.


Before you get a girlfriend, you should also work on yourself mentally

You’re gonna carry that “oh I’m below average” mentality and you’re not gonna be confident in yourself

It’s just also bad for relationships

This isn’t for “all” people but it’s a pattern I’ve noticed over time with “most” people
