If you've had rhino, GTFIH

Finally have saved enough money that I can seriously start considering rhino / going to consultations.

Looking for advice from people have already done it - what to look for with surgeons, red flags, - basically just want to hear tips/advice that I probably wouldn't know about unless I literally had already had the procedure done. Biggest thing I'm having a hard time with is knowing who is a good surgeon and who isn't - every surgeon on realself seems to be either be inundated with fake reviews, or at the very least has the ability to delete negative reviews making me very uneasy at choosing anyone to consult with. If anyone has recommendations for a rhino surgeon in Cali, that would be even better.

For sure, just can't atm. Posted my pictures on here a while back and people basically just told me my nose was the only feature holding my back - with failio hook/bulbous tip
