Its Satan that doesnt want to be next to God lol. The only reason he would not be allowed back next to God is because the only unforgivable sin is severe disrespect of God(blasphemy) and Satan has abundantly done that.

Yeah I don't know if you're trolling or not but basically the idea is if you're ever in a place where you feel the need to disrespect God to an exterme extent then you don't love him or love love. Essentially Satan is not afraid of not being with God he is afraid of being punished.
