it doesn't matter, obsessing over this is what makes you seem aspie. You could simply tell her you don't have one or show her your actual IG even if you just use it to look at other people's posts, many people do this. Don't show them your IG if you're following weird accounts though.

it doesn't matter if you have instagram or not, I personally don't use instagram and when I have been asked for my instagram, I tell them I don't have it, and they insist on having some way to talk to me, so I give them my phone number.
