yes they even have growth hormones on it but idk wich one bc i heard they have anima growth hormone but i can say that highest amount of igf1 and gh is find in raw colostrun but its very hard to source

Great post And yes it is very hard to find a source and I don’t have access to colostrum or raw milk.

overall higher meat consumption will lead to more IGF 1 synthesis in the liver, paired with colostrum or milk is probably solid

i have only access on raw milk whenever it arrives its like 10 liters and i drink 1,2 liters every day
