Will 90mcg igf1 do something at newly 16 for height?
And if I'm ≈18% body fat should I cut cuz fat stores estrogen but like aggressive or slow cut?

Igf1 is cope, something like hgh would be more beneficial, doubt you’d get anything from it since ur 16
