I've seen a lot of Goatis cucks saying that raw milk or colostrum* is anabolic due to high IGF-1 in it.

Aight. Basically what they are saying is that raw milk and colostrum contain high levels of IGF-1
which then our body uses for building muscle.*
*Colostrum is the first milk a calf gets in the first few days.
