Yeah , they talk about children , but maybe it really can somehow improve it little bit
Also if IGF-1 yielded giga high iq moggers , than the samartest people would be dudes with acromegaly or gigantism

Yeah, if you live in a good developed country, almost all the differences in people are due to genetics. And it is not possible to raise someone’s IQ as an adult. It’s kinda similiar to height
