Pin HGH > bunch of nonsense > Liver produces IGF-1 which is driving force for growth. 99% of IGF-1 is bound 2 IGF proteins. IGF-1 has a half life of 12-20 hours in the body when bound to proteins but any IGF-1 bound to these proteins have zero effect on growth. The other 1% that doesn't bind goes to actual growth. IGF-1 releases in slow "pulses" from these proteins and that results in growth which is why despite unbound IGF-1 having a half life of only 20-30minutes u still grow.

LR3 is unapproved UGL "derivative" of IGF-1 with like 2-3x potency and 20-30 hour unbound half life vs natural 20-30min IGF-1 half life. Peptide or compound idk what u call it is designed to NOT bind to IGF-1 proteins so it is bioavailable for growth.

If you pin LR3, you can circumvent the necessity for 150g protein or whatever and still grow because u aren't using the body's slow pulse IGF-1 release mechanism for growth.

Downsides is because not approved for human consumption we don't really know what the longterm side effects are of ignoring the body's growth mechanism but its probably not good.

So HGH is the safer, more rational option, but then u have to monitor protein intake and all this other nonsense to sustain natural growth mechanism.

So u should PIN HGH because its healthier, but lower your dose and add little bit of LR3 for unbound IGF-1

Issue is that IGF-1 LR3 doesn't bind to IGF-1 binding proteins that transports it to growth plates.

this is a gpt thread

Ya LR3 ignores binding so growth in specific area relies on sustained bloodflow to that area so its probably just going to go to your liver, kidney and brain if you aren't doing 8hs of cardio. There seems to be a flaw in my hypothesis

Alternative: pin LR3 > cialis> goon for 12 hours > grow a few inches via bloodflow.

synergistically abuse vasodilators & LR3 for improved bloodflow to body instead of brain. This is too much work. I was wrong, HGH is better. Back to protein

is height gains more potent then HGH?

HGH is much more researched and predictable, unlike IGF-1 lr3.
HGH is safer long-term unlike IGF-1 lr3, that is unpredictable, and more risky due to its unregulated receptor stimulation.

If you wanna run it, then never do it indefinitely.

god forbid hitting protein intake. Lets just use another compound instead
