IGF-1 or HGH for height and bone growth?

Im thinking of hopping on hgh when i turn 15 (im 14,5 now) but i dont really know anything about igf-1 and if its better than hgh in my situation
im 167-168cm at 14,5 with my parents being 163cm and 173cm

Hgh causes the release of igf1.
Igf lr3 or whtever they call it is just a much higher cost alternative which makes it easier to control levels.

i grow more on 250 with good habits than 500 with ok habits
