I wanted to ask what comes with more benefits igf 1 or hgh especially during puberty. Im 15 and since a lot of people have been saying that you have to do it early i wanted to know what would be generally beter(for like bone mass, growth, etc.)

Igf 1 but you wont get legit igf1 jfl at those who think that you can get legit igf1 for like 50-100 bucks

real igf-1 (increlex) is impossible to get for a reasonable price and is often faked.

igf1-lr3 doesn't have the binding affinity to elongate bones, it's mainly for muscle hyperplasia

hgh is best option generally
