Is there any point in stacking igf-1 on top of hgh since the hgh already increases igf-1 levels? For bone growth not height

igf-1 targets bone growth directly while hgh makes your liver produce igf-1, i have no personal experience with it tho because ive only used hgh so far but im planning to do igf-1 later

Was going to do 100mcg ig1 1 into the delts daily cycling it 1 month on 1 month off for while, but i dont know if it will be overkill ontop of 6iu hgh
