is IGF-1LR3 cope? or does it actually help with muscle growth and gains in the gym?

i know it’s not going to be anything like taking test, but will it help at all? or is it just a tiktok cope pep that gets glazed.

i’m 5’11, 150lbs, just turned 17, for reference.

idk if you wanna pin every muscle before workout just do gear

my plan is:
10mg/day of mk
500mg of berberine 2x/day before meals
alpha lipoic acid 300mg 2x/day
250g carbs/day

im still researching so dont take my word for it but this seems to be alright, Im not sure if ala is necessary with berberine tho but ig it wont hurt

anyway, what’s ur goal with mk? are u tryna get bigger, stronger and better progress in the gym? cuz thats my goal. im already consistent in the gym and bulking but i want something to speed up the process and results. and get bigger & stronger faster yk
 
im hoping it will help with muscle and also skin health. and see if it does anything for height although everyone on here says that's cope

I struggle with appetite so the hunger effect will definitely help me a lot

i just wanna take 10mg a day for 60 days until summer, and then hop off and hopefully have some gains to show for it, im trying to take it with maximum safety thats why im posting so much so please anyone lmk if you have any info
 
okay thats fair. im lowkey trying to do the same, increase my appetite to bulk better/more, and hopefully see better gains in the gym.

whats the reason for everything else your taking during ur mk cycle?
