so im 5'7 currently about to turn 16 and im projected to be 5'10 or 5'11 when im done growing, for context my dad is 5'10 and my mom is 5'7 if that provides as useful information regarding my potential height
however im about to cycle igf-lr3 at 30-40mcg per dose does anyone know if igf-lr3 helps with height or if its purely for muscle

vigorous steve pinned a whole 1mg bottle days in a row and his igf levels went from 650 to 675

you cant afford a 1mg bottle a day

and even if you could, a 25ng/ml increase wont do anything

even a 100ng/ml increase is not noticeable

until you use hgh to go from 100-200 to 500-700, nothing will happen


go do this 40mcg rationing out a bottle cycle, and come back in 1000/40, 25 days and tell us how it did nothing



they give kids with short stature, 0.04mg - 0.08mg of increlex per kg of bw

so if you were, lets say 70kg, you would be taking 2.8-5.4mg of increlex daily

mind you, thats the best igf1 humans have ever developed, lr3 or DES dont even come close

almost everything for height boosting isn’t that effective anyway, i have a friend who’s been on hgh for years and he’s only 5’6 it mostly just gave him more bone mass and muscles

in theory if you pinned enough igf1, it would go systemic and cause bone growth, its undeniable

the issue is people are dosing it at a local muscle growth dose, 250mcg split bilaterally, 125mcg each bicep for example, that would give a good pump and probably speed up bicep growth by 10-20%

however that wont do shit for circulating igf1 levels, for that you need 100x the dose

I do massai jumps and blast bac water every day i think that + igf-lr3 will get me past 6'0 in a couple of months
