I'm 19 and considering running HGH and IGF-1 — not for height (plates are likely fused at this point) but primarily for tissue recovery forward facial growth and muscle recovery since I'm not on any other compounds has anyone here run either or both of these? Looking for honest experiences recommended protocols and what to watch out for. Any input appreciated
