Igf1 blood work

I'm already on the upper end of normal igf1 levels (447 ng/ml reference:120-501) naturally. Would any additional igf1 from hgh injections be even worth it in terms of risk?

And I was also ill at the time of the blood work. So my natural igf1 could be even higher
