Im gonna sound like a total retard but both of us can just pretend that im not, ok?

the biggest risk factor I've seen from the research that I've done on hGH is raised IGF-1 levels, being a risk of carcinoma and visceral organ growth. recommendations have been to get bloodwork done to monitor IGF-1 to ensure it doesn't go too high. If I am trying to induce bone growth, are these mutually exclusive? as in, for my bones to be thickening or growing, it would necessitate my IGF-1 being raised to the point of "danger" and lowering it to the "safe" range would end the bone growth? or is there a goldilocks zone where I am not at risk of carcinoma or visceral organ growth but can still see aesthetic changes to my face?

also while I'm at it the research ive done says its better to do something like 2 iu per day for 180 days than 6 iu per day for 60, as the higher spike won't make as much of a difference as prolonged exposure. Everything ive seen online however has said 6 ius or you're larping, does anyone have any strong opinions on that?

if your goal is artificially inducing minor acromegaly why would you want to keep your igf levels low

igf only grows ACTIVE tumors it doesn't give you new tumors

organ growth is cope only been documented in bodybuilders running 12+ ius for decades on top of insulin and heavy anabolic use

That's why I said im gonna sound retarded, I know only increased igf1 will produce that but I don't know if the minimum level is above the maximum level of the reference range.

also I have family history of colon cancer, what ive seen is that colon cancer risk does increase with igf1

get a colonoscopy and check if you have a tumor, if you don't igf will not increase risk of cancer it only makes tumors that you already have grow faster
