Igf1 levels needed for height growth

Okay so couldn’t find much online but lots of ppl here have had bloods done etc while on height protocols

So what levels of igf1 are needed for bone growth and in turn height?

Is it 500+?

Like in puberty it will spike leading to growth but spiking it with exogenous compounds what level is needed to induce height growth? Any insight?

400-500 but thats the start

In puberty, you can grow 12 inches in a period of 6 months even if your gh/igf levels are not that high. It’s called having tall parents.
