Igf1-lr3, it skips the bullshit and goes directly to building, hgh travels in portal blood streams into your liver which then releases igf1 which is what youre actually looking for, except the LR3 stays in your body longer, will put on more muscle (hypertrophy) and increase actual muscle cell count (hyperplasia), i'm not 100% sure on the bone density effects though.
