I assume you heard it from Androgenics tiktok? Its a real thing, but for him it was a bullshit word he said to deflect from the fact that he has done tonnes of surgery. hope this helps.

There’s no such thing from what I’ve learnt. Bone growth is promoted through the mTOR pathway which isn’t stimulated by “carb intake” or “sugar method” like andro or Kent would say, if you want some hidden method it would be local igf1-des. Lol

Sufficient carb intake alongside a high protein intake does activate mTOR signaling tho.

Hmm, from what I know the way to do it from food would be from consuming as much nutrient dense food as possible ie raw liver for example.

No. I'm not saying that mTOR activation would turn you into a ken doll, just saying that's how the pathway works and why children who eat less protein-rich meals end up being less developed. Raw liver is very nutrient rich, of course.

so eating a rich nutrition filled diet helps with activating mTOR?
