It makes sense because being ND is caused by an inability to filter out the unnecessary/unimportant

When youre with people, only put your focus on the immediately relevant

Make mistakes, on purpose even, dont try to know everything, try to feel instead and turn your logic off, it does more harm than good to you

All of this is impossible for most of us without pharmacology tho

Definitely, I have multiple male family members who are too smart for their own good, you can tell they have so much going on in their head, so used to rationally analyzing things because its how they're wired, they always lack the energy to become an actor in society
