how would u grow bonemass without pep i simply live somwhere too remote to get peptides and i dont own a credit card to order online so how would i get bonemass in other ways i heard dht gel maybe but idk how that would work

spam eat protein and lift and hope u increase test and ur body signals to produce more bone density to hold the hard mass ur putting on

remember that bonemass does not equal bone growth as in forward growth.

yeah most of them r fucking cope anyways, bone density isnt that big of an issue its the actual bone structure, skull size dont matter much imo as long as ur not recessed

I mean yeah wont do much but atleast his health biomarkers will get better, he can ofc run 15ius of hgh and tren but I wouldnt advise this bs to anyone lol

that hardly happens unless ur like actually malnourished, just eat high protein low fat and medium amount of carbs, be hitting 150g of protein daily like its a chore. People see the most bone growth on shit like ostarine or anything else that increases bone density when eating lots of protein

nutrition and sleep, depending on age u could grow more bonemass, usually minimal though unless you are young

Sleep a lot, drink a lot of water. Teens should be getting like 9-10 hours of sleep a night. It's extremely important and under appreciated on here. Now watch niggas will say "water" when their pee is smelly and yellow and they're chronically dehydrated and get 6 hours of sleep a night staying up will 1 am playing gen alpha video games

fixing ur diet wont do shit, u need to actually put on hard tissue, so it creates pressure on ur bones so ur bones literally have to become denser otherwise they will collapse under the pressure of the muscles around them. Eating high protein is all that counts and not being in a deficit is all that matters.

U can eat goatis fag diet u will just become fluffy and skinnyfat, joe rogans physique has been absolutely raped cuz of him eating so much animal fat

do u think i should just spam protein also im in the process of making a supplement routine what do u think should be in there for my goals

If ur gonna be eating low fat and sugars and restricting carbs a bit though yeah u should prob take some shit like vit d, vit c, omega fishoils etc.

but overall ur body prob has enough of that shit so it dont matter and neither u running a cycle to where u would need to supplement shit for ur liver or insides health
