It is safe as long as you're not dumb and stick to main cities or good places for tourism
Best city is Medellin and the capital City Bogota is good too, also Cali.
Biz person is a good idea

Colombia has good insurance plus i had many problems breathing/maloclussion so it was justified enough for it to be covered

I'd say in terms of easyness Colombia is better than argentina

In argentina everyone is fucking white so you wouldnt stand out too much i guess
