If I managed to go from barely average to a good HTN, nearly everyone can (depends on age and baseline). All you need is consistency, knowledge (in the field of looksmaxing), money (debatable) and patience (been doing this for 6 years now).

Don't compare yourself to last month, only compare yourself to last year, so that you don't lose hope.
