I have been slacking off
Partly cause of exams,
Some due to me being lazy again.
Now, my exams are over. I have a month worth of holidays and I will do whatever it takes to maximize my potential.
So, I'm 17 5'11 and I have severe posture problems
Flared ribs
Forward Head Posture
Pelvic tilt
I also Don't have a great physique, I'm like 61 kg. Also, My wingspan is like 6'0.5, I believe I have the potential to grow to 6'1 by end of puberty.
Here's what I will be doing:
Upper/lower 4x a week
Sprinting 2x a week
Bonesmashing zygos and chin for projection everyday after workout
Training neck everyday
Thumbpulling everyday
Having a good diet everyday
I know one month isn't enough time but I'll use this as a way to gain momentum and eventually be able to keep doing these things whilst school and allat.
