In the next 30 days I'll be having a ripped physique. I have decent strength rn but 20% bf. So expect me to be 10% bf. Will be hard but will do it. Posting here so that I will have someone to prove. I'll make a detailed thread once I have the abs.

No not gonna do anything dangerous. I'm talking about overall weight 10kg. Not only fat mass. Since I'll be loosing my muscle and glycogen stores. Most probably I'll be loosing 4 kg of fat mass which will be enough to get ripped

Is it worth it tho? I don't know much about bodybuilding but wouldn't it be better to slowly cut while you train so you don't lose muscle? Or is it just a meme to cut while not on roids?

I don't have enough will power to do a long cut. I can either be all in or all out, and with gyms closed I have 0 motivation. Also this will be a personal challenge

Update day 1
Did 1 hour long kind of trek. It was an uphill
Woke up at 5:00 am slept at 3:30, basically functioning at 0 sleep. Will sleep early today.
