Because every teacher says their first year is the worst, and they learn the ropes only after being five years in. My biggest problem is going to be classroom management. It’s the concept of making sure your students are paying attention and doing their work, but also that they’re not disrupting the classroom, keeping them motivated, etc.

East Asian countries only look for teachers from English-speaking countries but they will take Europeans as well if they’re from a different country. But a brown guy like me? Not even American or British or Canadian? Forget it. It’s lame they are like that because I actually want to delve into teaching and go in all sorts of directions. I swear when i was in quebec each semester we had a manifestation of teacher , in a way i can understand because they get 30 student and poor work conditions and shitty pays but every intern we got demissioned and some teachers said teacher after their 1 years have 70 % chance to change profession.
