I dont get how slow some peoples metabolisms here. I did 3.5 day once and lost like 6kg.

3-4KG of those are water and glucose you always lose during the first days of a fast. You slowly recover them once you start eating like normal once again

True tbh but usually I just eat less and see if I lose weight, if I don't, I increase the deficit (while doing cardio). Obv not very effective if you want to get properly lean, I've only used it to get kinda lean to the point where decent ab definition.

will take awhile for you to see the facial leanness then good luck
i was always lean and when i did one water fast my face changed drastically after only one day

That's for women. Real men train hard in the gym on a hyperproteic diet and caloric deficit. Good look losing all your muscle and keeping your abdominal fat.

It's become a bit leaner but my bones haven't popped out yet which could be because I'm boneless but I was on the fat end of the skinnyfat spectrum or whatever it's called and I think that's why my abs haven't shown yet but my arms and legs legit started to look like sticks tbh ngl
