3-4KG of those are water and glucose you always lose during the first days of a fast. You slowly recover them once you start eating like normal once againI dont get how slow some peoples metabolisms here. I did 3.5 day once and lost like 6kg.
because tracking calories and macros is a huge pain in the assJust deplete your body of nutrients theory.
Why not just do cardio and eat in a deficit?
True tbh but usually I just eat less and see if I lose weight, if I don't, I increase the deficit (while doing cardio). Obv not very effective if you want to get properly lean, I've only used it to get kinda lean to the point where decent ab definition.because tracking calories and macros is a huge pain in the ass
