in some months ill do some bloodwork to start taking zinc and vitamin b3 to boost testosterone (yes this was proven to naturally increase testosterone) and since im 14 and i dont want the colateral effects of peptides/steroids i will opt with the best way without peptides.

my testosterone isnt bad but ill do my best to increase it and while being 14 in the middle of puberty ill do some bloodwork to see how much i need to take daily and if everything is succesfull, my testosterone in 1 year can be boosted by more than 50%, and thats a huge win

was thinking of taking ashwaganda and bohr aswell but its not good for teenagers so ill stick with zinc and vitamin d3
i'm just eating raw liver raw milk raw eggs other raw meat fruits + sun and sleep

it works but i'm doing on myself and experiment right now i did blood test to see my test and rn im eating raw diets 90% other 10% are cooked meats and fruits etc and in 2 months I will see if my test went up if it went up that means it's working if not I will know it's not worth it
