In germany i get it from the store, but only if it's fresh.
And always organic.
A butcher or farmer is better tho.
In this case it's a farm that has it's own butcher and processing.
Try cooking your stuff rare maybe and make sure it's highquality shit yk?

there’s lots of butchers near me but i need to ask them what the freshest cut of meat they have is and if i can eat it raw. i alr cook my steaks rare or blue rare so idk if eating it raw would make a big difference

Also raw pork is eaten everywhere.
Ofc it has to be fresh and prepared properly and tested for trichinella and so on.
In germany the working mans breakfast is a piece of bread, raw pork and a few slices of onion.
It's safe too eat bro.
