Perfect sleep and 2+ hours of slow wave sleep every single day or u're not even looksmaxxing

Cold room, sleep tracking, metatonin at night, no eating after 6pm or blue light after 7pm

no coffee or ritalin xr after 8am, gives a solid 12 hour gap
