My advice. Before entering the prison, or jail, get a couple of packets of mayo and shove them up your ass. And yes, this would be contraband but don't worry about getting caught; the guards would understand. When the moment arises in prison, and the giant African bull tells you, "Showtime, baby," lubricate your anus with the mayo so it won't be so painful.
