I need surgery to reach mtn+
softmaxxing is pretty much done for me im alr lean and been using topical minoxidil for brows but might switch to oral in afew months if the growth isnt noticeable.

I’m getting on oral minox soon, idrc about the bloat and even tho my eyebrows and eyelashes are already quite good they need to be perfect because my actual eyes are shit

rhino projection-Slight augmentation on the radix and slight tip slope.
Lower lip and mentalis reposition higher up would make lower lip less big
Maybe fat grafting to masseters or jaw angles less than 7mm.

Canthopexy + fat grafting to get a more ideal lateral canthus and reduce UEE. Canthopexy is risky so I may just do fat grafting and implants in that region

Need infra orbital implants and if I’m ever rich enough to do all this I’ll do a buccal fat removal as well
