I despise weight lifting so I‘m not gonna make any noticeable gains every unless I’d resort to taking steroids like a faggot (which I never will).

I regret that I got a gym membership again in December. Still 8 months left until that shitty contract runs out and I basically made no progress (granted I didn‘t go the gym for like 2-3 weeks in total during those 4 months).

I guess I‘ll just focus on status and moneymaxxing and since I‘m 6‘3 and have a decent face. I mog most people anyway.

I also don‘t wanna join boxing. So what‘s left? Calisthenics? I‘m 6‘3 that shit is for gnomes. I guess bodyweight exercises at home but I hate shit aswell.

50% of the people u see in the gym are on roids or have tried them, roids actually make you progress itll take years naturally to get a decent physique and only months on roids

I had a decent physique in 2018 and went 5 times to the gym a week with my brother as workout buddy but that was before my brother was married.

It‘s just over. I don‘t feel pushing myself to the maximum anymore since I feel like my diet will render the training useless anyway or my genes.

I was hella skinny at like 70 kg when I water fasted as an experiment and it looked shit but I liked the definition in the face.

I probably should eat a surplus but I wanna get lean more than anything so I look good in videos and don‘t have kind of a double chin.

I already do but I don‘t feel like counting calories because it seems cope.

My workout might be lacking since I don‘t push myself enough but it‘s probably better than doing nothing.

I still would rather just take long walks or something like that instead of having to follow such an unnatural routine.

Guess it‘s over for me then because I won‘t bulk unless I have an attractive girlfriend and became rich. I have more important stuff to do than waste money on food and work out almost every single day. Maybe a fast body weight work out at home after I wake up but not more than that.
