No more carbs/sugar, sodas, diet sodas.

I‘m only going to eat meat and other animal foods to get down to 12% body fat.

I‘ll only drink carbonated water and that‘s it.

I‘ll try to follow it until the end of the year as strictly as I am able to.

I‘ll just stop buying any snacks and drinks whatsoever.

Initially I‘ll probably water fast every other day to speed it up. Maybe 3 days in a row followed by one day of eating.

I want to start social media and I can‘t afford to look chubby and have double chin. I‘d rather lose muscle mass and be lean again.

I was planning on binging games I didn‘t finish and just not eating for as long as I can but I could do that in combination. I walked like 3 hours everyday last fall for like a couple of weeks. It was pretty addicting. I could vlog or stream while doing it and call it weight loss stream or something like that. Lol
 
are you fat rn?
92kg at 6‘3, so yeah, kinda. Skinny fat basically. I swear I weighed 90kg a week or two ago and went to the gym 3-4 times a week and gained weight and I doubt it was muscle mass. Lol
