I must be the most inwardgonioncell of all this world, i'm not joking. When i take a back picture, i'm also ugly asfuck because I start having a wide back thanks to lifting but my jaw is literally invisible from behind so i'm looking like a pencil
This is what i'm gonna cope for :
-2x/day stretching the gonions by below with my fingers and the same for the palate
-5x/week bonesmashing gonions and cheekbones
-hardcorechewing 1time every 3 days to prevent from TMJ
-Fucking mother ultra giga fucking hardmewing 2hours everyday
I'll take K2,D, Zinc and omega 3
