I’m 100% balding; what do?

I’ve suspected it for a while. Recently started keeping track of how much hair I shed in a day. Today morning I went to the bathroom and with my head above the sink I rubbed my hair with my hands pretty hard for around 5 minutes. The result was crazy:

BTW, here’s a video I made the other day too of my hair (I start the video by showing my hair normally as it is brushed up; I then move my hand across it to show what it looks like in that state):

What should I do? The side effects of Min and Fin scare me to death so that’s the last thing I want to do.

Side effects are rare as fuck and in 99.9999% of cases even if you get them they go away after stopping the drug. Your call but I am personally kicking myself that I didn't jump on it two years ago.

Start studying hairloss patterns. You're still Norwood 0 and there is no hair loss pattern that starts at the crown. All hair loss starts from the front. Stop this stupid worrying about shedding. Shedding is normal and will always look dramatic on long hair. Women are always clogging up my shower drain with their shed hairs.

God I literally fucking hate every online forum when it comes to hairloss, this area people might genuinely be the most retarded. All these online forums told me I was losing hair because of similar, went to a derma to find out, come to find out, first of all I am not balding, but I literally still have my juvenile hairline.
