kinda true bcs there are some placec where ppl are short and there are placec where ppl grow tall like when i 1 year ago i was for 2 weeks in croatia and the place where ive been females were like 175+ and males were 190-200 they were huge i was 165cm and after 2 week i was 167 so yes region is important but still it depends
