Yeah get proper nutrients and quality protein from eggs or meat. Meat preferably ground fed cow beef. Milk is also decent. Milk boost your igf-1 slightly so there u go u are on hgh now and reaching your maximum height potential.

when I was 11 i didn't know what sex was. I was playing with dinosaurs and trying too do math worksheets as an Asian. I didn't get my first kiss until 15-16. Didn't know what sex was until age 14 or so. You're fine. Also you look like you will grow to be a chad. Come back when you're older, go outside at the moment.

5ft 2 at 11 is fine. Just work out and eat lots of meat and sleep for 8 hours a day. Make sure you are socialising and not a permarotter on this site. U cannot be a permarotter at your age or it will do unrecoverable damage to your social skills. You have time to ascend, make sure you have a friend circle, even if its just nerds.

The reason you need to do sports and get off the internet(well not completely I forgot kids nowadays grow up watching youtube and Ninja on twitch) is that you are at an age for proper brain development. Any sport is hand eye and motor function that you need. Dont know what your hobbies are but things like drawing, reading books,
or bullying kids are all great experiences that will help your brain grow.
