Most likely you are 14-15% and thinking you are 12 , happens been there but at true sub 12% bf you will also get shocked to see how lean you have got its the point where facial fat nukes and viens start showing up on your fucking abs no one feels fat at sub 12 unless you are a bodybuilder prepping for a comp
