First, try using a marpe or sarpe ; if your face is narrow, use it. Second, consider chin fillers as you get older. As for maxilla, I think you'll need surgery.But you're only 13, pay attention to puberty, posture, tongue position, and minerals, height is the most important thing, don't do anything else about those until you're 16 or 15, then try using HGH.
